Momentum
The signature saturated yellow. Grown in our own production at 3,200 meters altitude in Cayambe, Ecuador.
A saturated golden yellow with warmth all the way through the petal. Where Brighton keeps yellow cool and lemony, Momentum pushes toward gold — the difference between morning light and late afternoon — and the 45-petal head holds that warmth as it opens instead of fading toward cream the way most yellows do.
The grow story
Grown at 3,200 meters in our own production in Cayambe, Ecuador, in the high Andes. Yellow is the most fade-prone pigment in the rose trade; carotenoids break down fast in heat. The Andean cold-night cycle slows that breakdown to a crawl while the equatorial sun keeps loading color in, which is why Momentum arrives gold and stays gold. Each harvest is cut, hydrated, graded, and cold-packed within 48 hours of leaving the block.

Best for
Corporate and hospitality work where yellow signals energy, sunflower-adjacent summer palettes, get-well and congratulations programs in retail, and fall designs that need gold without orange. Momentum is also the yellow that survives amber uplighting — it warms rather than disappears. 50 cm prices retail bunch work efficiently; 60 cm carries events. Build the warm range from our wholesale rose range.
Pairs beautifully with
- Brighton (lemon yellow) for the two-step yellow gradient
- High & Yellow Flame (yellow-orange bicolor) to bridge into orange
- Orange Crush (saturated orange) for full sunset palettes
- Playa Blanca (creamy white) to keep summer designs crisp
- Eucalyptus Baby Blue for cool contrast against the gold
Care notes
Re-cut at 45° under running water; hydrate first in 95–100°F water with preservative, then hold at 34–38°F. Yellows show stem bacteria fastest — keep buckets scrupulously clean and refresh solution every two days on long holds. Moderately ethylene-sensitive; standard cooler discipline applies.
What working pros say
"Momentum is the yellow that doesn't quit on me. Day ten it's still gold, not the sad cream most yellows retire into by the weekend."

"Hotel lobby work is brutal on flowers and Momentum handles it. Warm light, dry air, week-long displays — it holds the color contract."
