Care notes

Re-cut underwater and split or scrape the bottom inch of stem; hydrate deeply before design work. Mist heads to keep florets crisp and revive flagging heads with a 30-second hot-water dip followed by cool hydration. Ethylene sensitivity is high — keep away from fruit and aging flowers. Store at 34–38°F with low humidity. Pink florets bruise more visibly than white or green; handle heads by the stem, never the bloom.
