Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ordering farm-direct wholesale flowers from Magnaflor. Still have a question? Email sales@magnaflor.com.
Who can order from Magnaflor?
Professional florists, designers, and floral businesses, plus individuals ordering for their own events like weddings and parties. Create an account and choose your type (including a “Personal event” option) to get started.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order from a single box up.
How many stems come in a bunch?
It depends on the flower: roses and carnations come 25 stems per bunch; specialty flowers, fillers, and greenery are 10 per bunch; sunflowers 5; and hydrangeas are sold as single stems. Every product page shows its exact count.
Can I set up recurring or standing orders?
Yes. Standing orders repeat the same order automatically on your delivery days.
How far ahead should I order for a wedding or event?
We recommend 2–3 weeks ahead so everything's reserved and arrives with time to hydrate and open. Everyday orders can be placed much closer in.
Where do you deliver?
In Florida, we deliver direct to your address. Everywhere else in the U.S., we deliver nationwide by freight — your trucking company picks up at our Doral logistics partner, or we coordinate the hand-off.
How fast will my flowers arrive?
We cut to order and move farm-to-door under cold chain, typically 3–4 days from the farm.
How do the flowers stay fresh in transit?
Cold chain the whole way: packed cold at the farm, kept cold in transit, and in Florida delivered on our own refrigerated route — no extra warehouse stops.
Where do your flowers come from?
Our roses are grown at our own farm in Cayambe, Ecuador, at 3,200m altitude; our hydrangeas, specialty blooms, and fillers come from curated partner growers across the Ecuadorian and Colombian highlands.
Why is farm-direct fresher?
Because we cut to order and ship straight from origin, your stems skip the extra middleman warehouse stops, so they arrive younger and last longer.
How long will the flowers last?
Cut-to-order Ecuadorian roses typically last 10–14 days in the vase with proper care.
Will the flowers look exactly like the photos?
Very close. Fresh flowers vary a little by season and grower, and screens shift color slightly, so the photos are an accurate guide to shape and tone.
What is your quality guarantee?
We back every box with a 100% quality guarantee. If something arrives not right, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
How do I pay?
Pay securely in the portal at checkout.
Where is Magnaflor located?
Our office is in Miami, Florida; our farm is in Cayambe, Ecuador; and we ship nationwide across the U.S.
