Magic Times
The signature blush pink. Grown in our own production at 3,200 meters altitude in Cayambe, Ecuador.
A gold-to-pink bicolor that reads like late-afternoon light. Where High & Magic runs its two tones hot — yellow slammed against red — Magic Times softens the transition, a warm golden base blushing to rose pink at the petal edge. The gradient shifts as the large head opens, so a Tuesday delivery and a Saturday event get two different, equally usable flowers.
The grow story
Grown at 3,200 meters in our own production in Cayambe, Ecuador, in the high Andes. Bicolors are an altitude story twice over: the pink edge is a light-stress response, painted deeper by the fierce equatorial sun, while the cold nights protect the golden base from washing out. Lower farms get the pink or the gold; rarely both at once. Every harvest is cut, hydrated, graded, and cold-packed within 48 hours of leaving the block.

Best for
Sunset and golden-hour palettes, fall weddings, harvest-season corporate work, and designs that need warmth without committing to a single color. One variety bridges yellow arrangements and pink arrangements, which simplifies recipes across an event. 60 cm handles most work; 70 cm for height. Find the bridging tones in our wholesale rose range.
Pairs beautifully with
- High & Magic (yellow-red bicolor) to escalate the two-tone story
- Momentum (golden yellow) to ground the gold base
- Salma (soft peach) for a gentle warm bridge
- Quicksand (champagne taupe) to mute and modernize
- Eucalyptus Silver Dollar for cool contrast against the warmth
Care notes
Re-cut at 45° under running water; hydrate in 95–100°F water with preservative and hold at 34–38°F. Plan around the color shift — the pink edge deepens as the bloom opens, so build event work against the day-of tone, not the unboxing tone. Moderately ethylene-sensitive; standard cooler discipline applies.
What working pros say
"Magic Times solves my transition tables. The room goes yellow to blush across forty feet and this one rose walks the whole distance for me."
— Event floral designer, Southeast (13 yrs experience)
"I tell clients it's two roses for the price of one. Tight, it's golden; open, it's rose-edged and twice the size. Same stem."
