Ranunculus wants exactly what these regions offer — cool nights to build petal count and steady, moderate days to open the spiral evenly. Specialty crops are vetted for color stability and head consistency that match our quality bar, then cut at soft-marshmallow stage, hydrated, and cold-packed the same day.

Care notes

Stems are hollow and bruise easily — re-cut at 45° with a sharp blade, never crush. First hydration in cool water with preservative; ranunculus drinks fast and droops fast when dry, so check water levels daily. Hold at 34–38°F. Blooms keep opening after cut and nearly double in size; build arrangements with the open diameter in mind, not the bud. Moderately ethylene-sensitive — keep fruit out of the cooler.
