Parvifolia Eucalyptus
The signature garden green. Grown by curated partner growers across the Ecuadorian and Colombian highlands.
The fine-textured member of the eucalyptus family. Parvifolia (Eucalyptus parvifolia, small-leaved gum) trades the coin-shaped foliage of its cousins for slender, willow-like leaves scattered loosely along arching stems — eucalyptus as gesture rather than mass. Where silver dollar builds coverage and baby blue builds structure, parvifolia builds air: it softens bouquet edges, feathers out of centerpieces, and gives garlands the loose overgrown look without adding visual weight.
The grow story
Sourced from our curated partner growers in the Ecuadorian and Colombian highlands. Fillers and foliage may grow at lower altitudes than roses, but the cold-chain integrity and grading standards remain consistent with our own production. Highland-grown parvifolia keeps the deep green-on-gray tone that fine-leaved eucalyptus loses in hot climates, and the slow cool growth makes the arching stems supple instead of brittle.

Best for
Bouquet edges that should feather rather than stop, garden-style centerpieces wanting loose movement, garland work layered over silver dollar for depth, and bud vases where one arching stem draws the line. Parvifolia is the eucalyptus designers spec when "organic" is in the brief. Anchor the blooms from our wholesale rose range.
Pairs beautifully with
- Quicksand (taupe-blush rose) for the soft editorial recipe
- Vendela (ivory) in the classic neutral build
- Silver Dollar Eucalyptus as the base layer beneath it
- White Hydrangea for mass behind the feathering
- Baby's Breath to double the airy register
Care notes
Standard eucalyptus handling: re-cut the woody stems at a sharp 45° and split thick ends an inch for uptake; hydrate in cool clean water. Essentially ethylene-tolerant and unbothered by 34–38°F storage, sharing cooler space safely. The fine leaves dry faster than broad-leaf types in arid rooms — a light mist keeps them supple on multi-day installs. Air-dries into graceful everlasting stock.
What working pros say
"Parvifolia is the wrist of the bouquet. Silver dollar gives me the body, but the fine stuff arching off the edge is what makes the shape look alive."
— Wedding floral designer, Sonoma (13 yrs experience)
"I layer it over the heavier eucs in every garland. Same color family, finer texture — that two-layer trick is the whole secret to the expensive look."
— Event florist, Dallas (9 yrs experience)
