The workhorse white accent. Each stem branches into three to five clean white blooms — the crisp whiteness of Mondial at a scale that tucks into boutonnieres, flower crowns, and the gaps between focal flowers. White spray roses are arguably the single most-used accent stem in wedding work, and the reason is simple: small, structured white blooms fit into every palette ever booked.

The grow story

Grown at 3,200 meters in our own production in Cayambe, Ecuador, high in the Andes. Whites hide nothing — any nutrient stress on a branching stem shows as cream or green casts across the spray. The cold Andean nights build dense, bright-white petal tissue across every bud at once, and the steady equatorial light schedule means the sprays arrive uniform, head to head and stem to stem. Cut, hydrated, graded, and cold-packed within 48 hours of harvest.

Best for

Boutonnieres, corsages, and flower crowns — the spray bloom is the exact scale those pieces need. Beyond personals: all-white recipes that want size variation, sympathy work, cake flowers, and bud-vase programs. If a wedding is happening this weekend, white spray roses are in the building somewhere. Pair the focals from our wholesale rose range.

Pairs beautifully with

  • Mondial (bright white) as the focal white it echoes
  • Playa Blanca (creamy white) for the ruffled middle layer
  • Proud (large-headed white) for maximum scale contrast
  • Limonium for airy filler between the sprays
  • Eucalyptus Parvifolia for fine foliage at the same delicacy

Care notes

Re-cut at 45° under running water; first hydration in 95–100°F water with preservative, then hold at 34–38°F. Strip foliage below the water line; spray stems carry heavy leaf. For personals built the day before, condition fully, then refrigerate the finished pieces in sealed boxes with a light mist avoided — whites spot. Moderately ethylene-sensitive.

What working pros say

"I have never once ordered a wedding without white spray. It's the duct tape of my cooler — boutonnieres, crowns, cake, gaps. Always white spray."

— Wedding florist, Phoenix (15 yrs experience)

"The uniformity is what I pay for. Eight boutonnieres have to match on camera, and these sprays open like they rehearsed it."

— Studio floral designer, DC metro (10 yrs experience)
