Only when you place an order we will cut the flowers, after that, all the flowers will be transported from Ecuador by specialized flower cargo planes in guaranteed cold chain to ensure the freshness of the products. All our process is strictly supervised to bring you the best quality flowers.

– SHIPPING TIMES
Deliveries can made any day from TUESDAY to FRIDAY. you can Schedule your delivery for any future date, simply choose the flowers you want and select the delivery date at the product of your preference or at the checkout page, where you will finalize your order.
– IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND to schedule your delivery date for 1 DAY BEFORE YOUR EVENT for any delays in flight itinerary schedules that may happen due to mechanical issues, or natural incidentals.
Magnaflor will not be responsible in the event that FEDEX has a delay of 24 hours during business days, for this reason we suggest as a precaution to select your delivery day for 1 day before the day you will need your order.
* Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) will be processed same day. If you place your order after 11:00 AM, it will be processed the next business day.
* This transit program is effective under Fedex flights schedule and availability.

Fedex’s deliveries are usually made in the morning, but we will send you the scheduled delivery hours in the email with your tracking number. It is exclusive responsibility of the customer to be present or to designate a person to receive the products. Magnaflor® does not take any responsibility for delays in the deliveries in this cases or additional fees that may apply due to delivery re-schedule.
