We don’t cut the flowers until you place your order. After you place your order and we cut the flowers, all the flowers will be transported from Ecuador by special flower cargo planes equipped with refrigeration technology to ensure freshness. Our process is strictly supervised to bring you the best quality flowers.

– SHIPPING TIMES
Deliveries are made from MONDAY to SATURDAY. You can schedule your delivery for any future date. Choose the flowers you want and select the delivery date on the product’s page or at checkout.
– IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND to schedule your delivery date for 4 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT due to the possibility of delays in flight schedules, mechanical issues, or poor weather conditions. Our flowers easily last 10 days or longer with proper care, guaranteed.
Magnaflor will not be responsible in the event that FEDEX has a delay of 24 hours during business days. That’s why we suggest you select your delivery day one day before the day you will need your order.
* Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed the same day. If you place your order after 11:00 AM EST, it will be processed the next business day.
* This transit program is based on the FEDEX flight schedule and availability.

FEDEX doesn’t guarantee a specific delivery time, Fedex’s deliveries are usually made between 10 am and 4 pm. It is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to be present or to designate a person to receive the products. Magnaflor® does not take any responsibility for delays in the deliveries or any additional fees that may apply due to delivery re-scheduling.
