REFUND POLICY

MAGNAFLOR® will approve returns or refunds for the flowers purchased if:

1. The flowers arrived under inappropriate conditions (deteriorated/substandard). The information of the conditions of arrival must be informed to Magnaflor maximum 1 day after the delivery day, adding pictures to info@magnaflor.com sustaining the condition of the flowers. The refund will be made within 48 hours after you have received a confirmation that you are eligible for a refund.

 

2. The flowers have not arrived or arrived several days after the scheduled delivery date you will be eligible for a refund. In case the delay or not delivering has to do with natural force majeure you will be NOT eligible for a refund. The force majeure disasters have to do whether with natural events, such as; storms, earthquake, tornadoes, etc. or directly human-caused events like terrorist acts or war.

As mentioned in Terms and Conditions; a refusal to receive the flowers by the costumer after shipped will be still considered as delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund. In case Fedex cannot deliver for the reason that the receiver is don’t at the place of delivery. Fedex will try again to deliver the same day, after a second chance of delivery it is possible Fedex will charge some extra costs.

We will return the refund through the same payment method the customer has paid.

note: Magnaflor will not be responsible in the event that FEDEX has a delay of 24 hours during business days, for this reason we suggest as a precaution to select your delivery day for 1 day before the day you will need your order.

CANCELLATION

  • For our clients who wish to cancel their orders, cancellation of order should be communicated if is express deliver: same day was placed the order, further deliveries: at least 4 days before the delivery date.  Please note that payments will be refunded only if cancellations are made in the explicit requested time.
  • In case of quality matters on our part, we may be able to make necessary replacements of product with proper coordination with the customer.
  • If for no reason you need to cancel your order, Magnaflor will proceed with the refund only if Magnaflor is notified by email before the flowers have been shipped. The bank penalties (10%) will be discounted from the total amount.
