How many days in advance do I have to order?

You can order anytime you want and schedule your delivery for any date in the future. But we highly recommend to pick a delivery date that is 2 o 3 days before the day of your event, to allow the flowers to hydrate and be in a full bloom stage. You will be able to select your delivery date at the checkout page

What is the delivery fee?

Our flowers are delivered at your doorstep straight from the farms in cold chain and by a super fast service. Our farms are located in Ecuador (South America) and shipping and handling costs are pricey, but thanks to our strategic alliances, we are able to offer you FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $99, if your order total is below this amount a small fee of $24 will be charged, that is really low for an international super fast shipping!

Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

Yes we will delivery on the programed date, only if there are no problems in consequence by a natural incident or mechanical failure.

Can I include a personal message with my order?

Yes it’s possible but we need the message in the order notes the day you place your order.

What is the quality of your flowers like?

A-Quality these are export roses. We have a team that does Quality Control before each departure on the flowers.

How are the flowers packed?

The flowers are wrapped with a cardboard wrap in a delivery box.

Can I order by telephone?

It’s possible to order by phone but our customer assistant will ask for your debit/credit bank details.

How long will the flowers last?

Approximately 7 days till 14 days, after it has been but in a vase with water. During the shipping the flowers will be sleeping due to the cool chain of exportation. On arrival put the flowers as soon as possible in water with the cardboard wrap on. Due to the absorption of water and temperature change, the flowers will extend. Keeping the cardboard on; the flowers will extend with a straight stem. After letting the flowers absorb water for several hours; remove the cardboard around.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes the order can be canceled only if the flowers are not yet shipped.

When can I contact your customer services team?

Monday through Friday from: EDT 8h30-17h30.

Can you guarantee a specific time for a flower delivery?

Unfortunately it’s not possible; we will give you a time range when you will receive your flowers.

At what hours do you deliver?

Normally we deliver between 10h30 -18h.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

Fedex will try again to deliver the same day, normally after 2 hours. After a second chance of delivery it’s possible Fedex will charge some extra costs.

What happens if i want to make changes to my order?

We only can make changes with at least 5 days I advance of the delivery date.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Normally you receive your confirmation the same day, if you please your order in the weekend you will receive the confirmation on Monday.
